Mark A. Frantz, CPA has worked hard his entire career for his clients, providing excellent customer service.  He started his career for one of the largest CPA firms in the world as a financial statement auditor, learning the intricacies of business operations in accounting and finance.  As a staff accountant, work was reviewed at each level of the firm to ensure the quality of the work product. As he moved up in the firm he reviewed staff work papers to ensure the same.  This experience taught him the benefit of reviewing staff work as well as his own to ensure clients get the best possible outcome.

"Mark has been such a blessing to us. When we first brought our tax papers to him I had a lot of deductions as a sales person.  He told me right up front, that might be a problem. He had us provide him with all the documentation that an IRS agent might ask for and then some. Low and behold a couple of years later we were audited. It was such a scary moment for us. I brought the IRS letter to Mark and he said, "this is why I asked for everything." He gave me some instructions on what to do.
